Greenhouse supported the development and implementation of a growth strategy for a mid-market technology consulting firm. The growth strategy addressed accounts, solutions, organization, resources, training and company infrastructure. The team trained senior staff to expand existing clients through effective account planning and management, resulting in significantly increased sales. One of Greenhouse’s partners also served as COO for several months as the company searched for additional leadership talent to implement the growth strategy and operate as a larger company.
