Vince is a Managing Director with Greenhouse. He has over 30 years of experience as both a consultant to and operator of businesses, working with a variety of small and middle market companies. Vince also has significant experience with public companies, including leading a very successful IPO. He has been a key participant in over 20 successful merger and acquisition transactions. This includes targeting, deal negotiation, due diligence, financing, closing, and post-merger integration of combined businesses. In addition, he has helped set strategies for long-term internal growth including building the management team, establishing back office efficiencies and business development targeting. Vince has served in a variety of corporate executive level roles including as President, CFO, CAO and Controller. Prior to joining Greenhouse, Vince was with MCR, AVIEL Systems, Anteon International, KPMG, and Coopers & Lybrand (now part of Guidehouse). Vince has a BS in Business from Wake Forest and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
