For a federal consulting and IT contractor, Greenhouse assisted the owner to prepare the company for sale. We first identified opportunities to grow the company’s near-term sales and pipeline and trained senior staff to identify more revenue opportunities and expand account presence. We assessed the range of EBITDA multiples that a sale was likely to command and pinpointed the key areas where improvements would increase the valuation. Greenhouse developed a transaction plan to focus the company on implementing improvements that would maximize enterprise value and the probability of a successful transaction. In supporting plan implementation, we also referred other key advisers including the selected investment banker.
